Human-in-the-loop is non-negotiable
AI drafts, humans review and send. Anything customer-facing, legal-adjacent, or writing into a system of record requires a person before it goes live.
Customer data only on a company seat
Customer and applicant information (names, account numbers, SSNs, payment histories, financials) only ever goes into a company enterprise seat. Never a free or personal AI tool.
Use AI to sharpen, not substitute
AI improves your thinking. It does not replace it. Do not pawn off the work that requires your judgment. Use AI for research, drafts, and rephrasing, not for quarterly reviews or messages where your voice matters.
Disclose AI use for external communications
When AI was used to draft or substantially shape an external communication, the human reviewer signs off. Internal docs, no disclosure required.
