    AI Hub created

    The AI Hub was built: policy framework, approved tools list, and decision checker.

    Why

    Centralize AI policy guidance in one place so employees can self-serve answers and the committee can iterate on policy in public.

  2. May 7, 2026

    AI Survey results compiled

    22 responses across departments - informing committee priorities.

    Why

    Survey responses surfaced which use cases employees actually have. Used to scope which Tier 4 approvals the committee should prioritize.

  3. April 7, 2026

    AI Committee formed

    Three-person committee established to draft Advantage+ AI policy.

    Why

    Leadership chartered a cross-functional committee (collections, underwriting, sales/marketing) to write the first AI policy. Target deliverable: framework + approved tools list + training by July 2026.
